Minister Jacek Czaputowicz to visit Geneva

On 26 February, Minister Jacek Czaputowicz will attend high-level meetings devoted to human rights protection, disarmament, and humanitarian aid for Yemen.

The chief of Polish diplomacy will address the High Level Segment opening the 40th Session of the Human Rights Council, the Session of the Conference on Disarmament, and the high-level meeting dedicated to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen. On the sidelines of the Human Rights Council Minister Jacek Czaputowicz will speak to UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet, and hold a number of bilateral meetings.

As part of his visit to Geneva, the Polish foreign minister will also promote Poland's candidacy to the Human Rights Council for the years 2020-22.
