The programme of his visit will include a meeting with the Foreign Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt  Sameh Hassan Shoukry, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States Ahmed Aboul Gheit and the Minister of Antiquities of the Arabic Republic of Egypt Khaled Al Anani.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland will meet with his Egyptian counterpart to review the most important bilateral issues and to discuss possibilities of supporting Polish-Egyptian economic, tourism and investment cooperation.

The aim of the visit is also to discuss Egypt’s stabilising role in the region and to inform the Egyptian side about further stages of the so-called Warsaw Process launched with the Ministerial to Promote a Future of Peace and Security in the Middle East, co-organised by Poland and the United States in February this year.

Egypt remains one of Poland’s most important partners in the Arab world and on the African continent. The visit by the chief of Polish diplomacy will contribute to further deepening of the friendly relations between the two countries and to intensification of bilateral cooperation.
