During his stay in Amman, Minister Czaputowicz will meet with the chief of Jordanian diplomacy  Ayman Safad. His visit will be an opportunity to reaffirm the good state of Polish-Jordanian relations on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations and is an expression of support for King Abdullah II’s efforts to reactivate the Middle East Peace Process (MEPP) and to stabilise the domestic situation in the Kingdom.

The chief of Polish diplomacy’s visit will also underscore Poland’s consistent engagement to build peace and security in the Middle East, as reflected in the Warsaw Process and the priorities of Poland’s non-permanent membership of the UN Security Council.

The programme of the visit also includes a meeting with Syrian refugees in the Zaatari camp, where the Polish Medical Mission is carrying out a humanitarian project with Polish Aid funds.
