The most important topics on the agenda will include Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, EU’s relations with Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as digital diplomacy. Heads of EU diplomacies will also hold a videoconference with Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
