21.04.2021The Three Seas Initiative, its foundations and goals, as well as its significance for the development of transport, energy and digital infrastructure in Central and Eastern Europe were the key issues addressed by the MFA Undersecretary of State Paweł Jabłoński during today’s seminar on the cooperation of the Visegrad Group countries and Japan in the field of connectivity. The meeting was hosted by Poland’s Embassy in Tokyo, in cooperation with the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Josai University. It is a cyclical event organised each time by the state currently presiding over the V4.

Besides the discussion within the group, the ministers also talked with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. Among other current affairs, discussed were the developments in Myanmar, Mozambique, Georgia, Russia and Belarus.

In response to the Armenian government’s call for humanitarian assistance, we are providing the civilian population affected by armed conflict with urgent material aid: bedding, blankets, towels, digital thermometers, disinfectant liquid, and manometers – said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paweł Jabłoński on an airlift of humanitarian aid dispatched to Yerevan on 15 April 2021 at Kraków Airport.
