28.04.2020Thanks to the #LotDoDomu (“LOT flies back home”) initiative which lasted from 15 March to 5 April 2020, more than 55,000 Poles returned to their homeland. It does not mean, however, that Ministry of Foreign Affairs has terminated assisting our nationals abroad. As a result of cooperation between the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, LOT Polish Airlines and the MFA, an airplane with our citizens on board landed in Warsaw in the evening of 28 April. The Poles could return from Morocco under the EU Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM).
