On Tuesday, the second day of the conference, the heads of Polish missions abroad met with Moldova's President Maia Sandu, who was this year's guest of honour.

Secretary of State Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski held political consultations with his Vietnamese counterpart, Deputy Foreign Minister Le Thi Thu Hang. The meeting took place in Warsaw on 8 July 2025.

On 1 April 2024, seven people working with the non-governmental organization World Central Kitchen were killed in the Gaza Strip, including a Polish citizen. The Government of the Republic of Poland and the International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission negotiated a Memorandum of Understanding, which was signed by the Polish Foreign Minister and the President of the Commission on 20 June 2024 in Warsaw. A confidential report was submitted to the Government of the Republic of Poland on 18 October 2024.

This year's Heads of Missions Conference takes place in Warsaw from 6 to 12 July. It will launch with a piano recital by Marcin Masecki.

The ninth round of Polish-Pakistani political consultations was held in Warsaw on 4 July 2025. The meeting was hosted by Secretary of State Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski. The Pakistani delegation was led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Muhammad Ayub.

Close to 300 delegates to the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), an international think-tank with members from 36 states, gathered in Warsaw on 27 and 28 June for the conference under the theme "Europe's Political Choices in an Age of Ambition.” The meeting was attended by Poland's Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski and MFA Undersecretary of State Henryka Mościcka-Dendys.

The talks Deputy Minister Mościcka-Dendys held with diplomats from Latin American states accredited to Poland focused on countering irregular migration and trafficking in human beings. The meeting concerning the MFAs actions on these issues took place on 26 June 2025.

MFAs projects promoting return migration policy and the development of the Polish community media, as well as preparations for Polonia Camp 2025 were on the agenda of this weeks meeting of the Interministerial Team for the Polish Diaspora and Poles Abroad. The Team is responsible for the implementation of the Government Strategy for Cooperation with the Polish Community and Poles Abroad for 2025-2030.

On Friday, 27 June, Deputy Minister Marek Prawda received Deputy Foreign Minister Oleksandr Mischenko and Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Olena Kondratiuk of Ukraine.

On 23 June 2025, the Diplomats' Gallery located on the premises of the MFA's Diplomatic Protocol hosted the opening of an exhibition entitled "Różnorodność/Diversity” by Dr Agnieszka Gewartowska-a visual artist, a graduate of the Academies of Fine Arts in Warsaw and Gdańsk, and a lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Szczecin.
