On 17 November 2023, Secretary of State at the Polish MFA Arkadiusz Mularczyk inaugurated the 11th edition of the Warsaw Dialogue for Democracy, devoted to the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

On 17 November 2023, Arkadiusz Mularczyk, Secretary of State for European Policies at the MFA and Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by German Aggression and Occupation in 1939-1945, has attended an international conference on human rights in the European perspective held by the Constitutional Tribunal.

During a meeting with the media on 9 November 2023, Secretary of State at the Polish MFA and Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by the German Aggression and Occupation in 1939-1945 Arkadiusz Mularczyk informed the public of sending a letter to all MPs of the 10th Sejm and senators of the 11th Senate. In the letter, he called for continued efforts to settle Polish-German relations regarding the issue of reparations and compensation for losses suffered by Poland and Poles as a result of Germany’s illegal attack in 1939 and the subsequent German occupation.

A report drawn up at the Council of Europe as a result of a resolution drafted by Arkadiusz Mularczyk, Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by German Aggression and Occupation in 1939-1945, is now available to the public.
