This year, 12 November marks the third anniversary of the death of Raman Bandarenka, one of many victims of the brutal repression the regime in Minsk unleashed against its own society after the rigged presidential elections in August 2020.

On 9 November, the head of Polish diplomacy took part in a conference summoned on the initiative of President Macron and focusing on the humanitarian aid and current situation in the Gaza Strip.

During a meeting with the media on 9 November 2023, Secretary of State at the Polish MFA and Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by the German Aggression and Occupation in 1939-1945 Arkadiusz Mularczyk informed the public of sending a letter to all MPs of the 10th Sejm and senators of the 11th Senate. In the letter, he called for continued efforts to settle Polish-German relations regarding the issue of reparations and compensation for losses suffered by Poland and Poles as a result of Germany’s illegal attack in 1939 and the subsequent German occupation.

A report drawn up at the Council of Europe as a result of a resolution drafted by Arkadiusz Mularczyk, Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by German Aggression and Occupation in 1939-1945, is now available to the public.

On 7 November 2023, members of the North Atlantic Alliance issued a statement informing about their intent to suspend the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE).

On 6 November at the MFA headquarters, deputy chief of Polish diplomacy Paweł Jabłoński held urgent talks with the ambassadors of Egypt, Israel, and Palestine. The meeting focused on the resumption of the operation of the Rafah border crossing between the Gaza Strip and Egypt and the facilitation of the evacuation of Polish nationals through this crossing point.

Having received from the Egyptian and the Israeli side the information on temporary suspension of evacuation of foreigners from the Gaza Strip, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that it is currently impossible for Polish nationals to leave the Gaza Strip.

On 2 November 2023, Poland's top diplomat attended an EU foreign ministers' conference titled "A larger, stronger Union – making the European Union fit for enlargement and future members fit for accession".
