On 19 July in Warsaw, Undersecretary of State at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Paweł Jabłoński held consultations with Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ali Bagheri Kani.

On Wednesday, July 19, 2023, the Head of the Foreign Service, Arkady Rzegocki, participated in the opening ceremony of the Embassy of the Republic of Guatemala in the Republic of Poland. The event was attended by Mario Búcaro Flores, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala.

On 15-18 July, the head of Polish diplomacy Zbigniew Rau will take part in sessions of the UN Security Council and General Assembly. He will also attend a ministerial event to mark the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

On 7 July 2023, Secretary of State for European Policy and Government Plenipotentiary for Compensation for Damage Caused by German Aggression and Occupation in 1939–1945 Arkadiusz Mularczyk submitted letters to NATO and EU foreign ministers, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, and High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

On 4–5 July 2023, Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau paid a visit to London. The main item on the agenda were the Polish–British consultations in the Quadriga format with the participation of Foreign Ministers, Zbigniew Rau and James Cleverly, and Defence Ministers, Mariusz Błaszczak and Ben Wallace. The talks were concluded with the ministers’ signing a Joint Declaration on the 2030 Partnership.

On 4–5 July 2023, Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau and Minister of National Defence Mariusz Błaszczak will meet in London with their UK counterparts, James Cleverly and Ben Wallace respectively, to hold Poland–UK consultations in the Quadriga format.

On 4 July, Secretary of State at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Arkadiusz Mularczyk held talks with the Nordic Council’s Conservative Group representatives who came to Poland on a study visit.
