The deputy foreign minister spoke with the female rugby players about their interests and plans for the future. The young Colombians introduced her to the traditional culture of La Guajira and performed a dance typical of the region.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of the sports diplomacy project, which is an important part of Polish-Colombian relations. Every year, a team of about ten young athletes from conflict-prone regions arrive in Poland for ten days to train with Polish coaches and learn about the Polish culture. During their stay, young athletes have an opportunity to meet their Polish peers and play friendly matches.
