It is the increase in the participation of the elderly in all areas of social life which is the main objective of the new multiannual “Active+” Programme for the years 2021-2025. This Programme replaced the Government Programme for Social Participation of Senior Citizens for 2014-2020, which ended in 2020.

The Programme’s budget for the years 2021-2025 is PLN 200 million, i.e. PLN 40 million a year.
