Capital market

Since July 2005, trading of securities in Poland has been regulated by three acts:

  • the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading and public companies,
  • the act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments,
  • the act of 29 July 2005 on capital market supervision.

These acts replaced the former act on public trading of securities.
