Change to the list of Treasury Securities Dealers

Starting from January 3, 2022 Bank Millennium SA is dismissed from the function of Treasury Securities Dealer due to non-compliance during two consecutive Evaluation periods with the minimum requirements referred to in the Rules and Regulations Governing the Activities of the Treasury Securities Dealer as of March 8, 2021.

Bank Millennium SA did not comply with the obligation referred to in §3.2 of the Rules and Regulations (i.e. to purchase not less than the specified minimum percentage share of Treasury securities sold at auctions from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021) and the obligation referred to in §7.1 of the Rules and Regulations (i.e. to achieve not less than the minimum percentage share of outright transactions concluded on the Electronic market from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021).
