On 2 October 2026, the Minister of Finance and Economy signed an agreement with Morgan Stanley Europe SE concerning the performance of the function of Treasury Securities Dealer. Morgan Stanley Europe SE fulfilled the requirements imposed on candidates for the aforementioned role, as set out in the Rules and Regulations Governing the Activities of the Treasury Securities Dealer of December 18, 2025.

Accordingly, the following institutions perform the function of Treasury Securities Dealer (in alphabetical order):
