We would like to inform you that in connection with the entry into force of the Act of 26 January 2023 on a family foundation (Journal of Laws No. U. pos. 326, as amended) the dictionary values have been changed.

In the dictionary: ‘Typ podmiotu’ [eng. ‘Entity type’] there have been added two values:

‘[25] [25] fundacja rodzinna’ [eng. ‘family foundation’], and

‘[26] ‘fundacja rodzinnaw organizacji’ [eng. ‘a family foundation in the organisation’].

 

In addition, in connection with the entry into force of the Act of 26 May 2023 on the application of mObywatel (Journal of Laws No. U. pos. 1234), the dictionary values will be changed at the end of August this year.

In the dictionary: ‘Rodzaj dokumentu tożsamości’ [eng. ‘Type of identity document’] will be added value:

‘[DM] –dokument mObywatel’.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the test environment containing the above-mentioned changes will be available in the second decade of August.
