On the website https://www.giif.mofnet.gov.pl, the first issue of the GIFI’s Typological Newsletter in 2024 was published, which describes information on entities operating in the field of virtual currencies. The material prepared in this issue of the newsletter presents, among others, information on the activity of virtual currencies in the Polish legal system, the entry into force of MiCA, the "travel rule" as well as some typologies and risk indicators related to money laundering and terrorist financing using crypto-assets.
