Ladies and Gentlemen,

In carrying out the statutory obligation imposed by Art. 7 of the Act of 1 March 2018 on Counteracting Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1124), the General Inspector of Financial Information makes available the annual report of the General Inspector of Financial Information for 2024.

The annual activity report of the GIFI contains information on the national AML/CFT regime, i.e. information on: the different categories of obligated institutions operating on the financial and
non-financial market, the data transmitted to the GIFI, the analyses carried out, the controls carried out by the GIFI, national cooperation, international cooperation, specific restrictive measures, the activities of the Financial Security Committee, the work carried out on updating the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism strategy and the legal activities of the GIFI.
