Debt management strategies

Pursuant to the Public Finance Act the Minister of Finance is obliged to develop each year a 4-year (till the year 2009 - 3-year) strategy on managing the State Treasury debt and its influence on the public debt as a whole. This document is presented by the Minister of Finance to the Council of Ministers for approval, and then it is submitted to the Sejm together with the justification to the draft Budget Act.
