The Ministry of Finance would like to inform that Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Commerzbank AG, ING Bank N.V and Santander S.A. have been mandated as bookrunners for benchmark bonds denominated in euro. One of the tranches will be a green bond, marking a return to this type of instrument for the first time since 2019. The transaction will be launched subject to market conditions.
