Eurobond priced (Private Placement)

The Ministry of Finance priced on January 16th, 2020, 1-year EUR denominated bonds in Private Placement format.

The nominal amount of the issue that matures on January 22th, 2021 is EUR 200 million. The yield of -0.31% was achieved with annual coupon at the level of 0%.

The issue was executed under Republic of Poland’s Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme. The arranger of the issue was Commerzbank.
