The Department implements tasks within the scope of guarantees of Treasury, certain legal persons and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego within the scope of governmental programmes, Liquidity Guarantees Fund and Crisis Guarantees Fund, as well as loans from the state budget for local government units within the framework of recovery proceedings. It is responsible for the issues of public-private partnership and for financial instruments for the support of export, within the scope of competences of the Minister of Finance.
