The Department implements tax policy within the scope of personal income tax and corporate income tax, including the transfer pricing policy. In this respect, it cooperates with other jurisdictions, European Union authorities and Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). It conducts mutual agreement procedures on the basis of double taxation contracts and other international agreements.
