The Department is responsible for:

  • coordinating, conducting and developing NRA relations in the international arena with third countries and the European Union, as well as with international organizations, ensuring the implementation of Poland's priorities in the international arena that are the responsibility of NRA,
  • maintaining and developing a network of representatives of the Head of NRA for customs and fiscal cooperation in foreign posts, administrative customs and tax cooperation, including exchange of tax information and mutual assistance in the recovery of debts,
  • implementation of assistance projects for and in cooperation with NRA organizational units, as well as for running the Regional Liaison Office of the World Customs Organization Central and Eastern Europe.
