Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase the Fundusz Rozwoju Spółek S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the Fundusz Rozwoju Spółek S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 180 million were transferred on December 30, 2022.

The issued bonds will be assimilated on January 18, 2023 with the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0724 – PLN 18 million,
  2. PS0527 – PLN 54 million,
  3. WZ1127 – PLN 54 million,
  4. WZ1131 – PLN 18 million,
  5. DS0432 – PLN 36 million.
