Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital of Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital of Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 780 million were transferred
on June 9, 2025.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold
at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0128 – PLN 117 million,
  2. WZ0330 – PLN 234 million,
  3. PS0730 – PLN 273 million,
  4. DS1034 – PLN 156 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 21 November 2024 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2025.
