The Minister of Finance and Economy issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital of Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,000 million were transferred on December 31, 2025.

The issued bonds will be assimilated on January 21, 2026 with the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

1. OK0128 – PLN 150 million,
2. WZ0930 – PLN 300 million,
3. PS0131 – PLN 350 million,
4. DS1035 – PLN 200 million.
