The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,900 million were transferred on March 17, 2025.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

1. OK0127 – PLN 285 million,
2. PS0130 – PLN 665 million,
3. WZ0330 – PLN 570 million,
4. DS1034 – PLN 380 million.
