The Minister of Finance and Economy issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital of Industrial Development Agency JSC.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 650 million were transferred on July 20, 2026.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

1. OK0129 – PLN 97.5 million,
2. NZ0331 – PLN 162.5 million,
3. PS0731 – PLN 260.0 million,
4. DS0436 – PLN 130.0 million.
