The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital
of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,214 million were transferred
on April 14, 2025.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold
at auctions (nominal value):

1. OK0127 – PLN 182.1 million,
2. PS0130 – PLN 424.9 million,
3. WZ0330 – PLN 364.2 million,
4. DS1034 – PLN 242.8 million.
