The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital of Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,000 million were transferred on December 30, 2024.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

1. OK0127 – PLN 150 million,
2. PS0130 – PLN 350 million,
3. WZ0330 – PLN 300 million,
4. DS1034 – PLN 200 million.
