The Minister of Finance and Economy issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital of the Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o. o.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 4,600 million were transferred on December 30, 2025.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

1. OK0128 – PLN 690 million,
2. WZ0930 – PLN 1,380 million,
3. PS0131 – PLN 1,610 million,
4. DS1035 – PLN 920 million.
