The Department performs tasks of organization and management control within NRA. The Department is also responsible for conducting inspections pursuant to the Act of July 15th, 2011 on inspections in government administration and organizational units subordinated to or supervised by the Minister of Finance. It considers petitions, complaints and requests regarding KAS, as well as reminders for failure to settle matters on time by directors of tax administration offices.
