Pricing of EUR bond - additional information

With reference to the press release from June 30, 2025 on the pricing of EUR denominated benchmark bonds: 7-year (conventional bonds) and 12-year Green Bonds maturing on July 7, 2032, and July 7, 2037, the Ministry of Finance presents additional information concerning the structure of investors.

The structure of buyers was diversified. The 7-year bonds were allocated to investors from: United Kingdom & Ireland (21%), Nordics (19%), Germany & Austria (14%), Southern Europe (11%), Benelux (8%),  Poland (6%) Italy (6%), Switzerland (5%), and rest of the world (9%).

In terms of investor type, the buyers group of 7-year bonds included: investment funds (38%), banks (24%), central banks and public institutions (18%), hedge funds (12%), insurance companies and pension funds (7%) and other institutions (1%).

The structure of buyers was diversified. The 12-year Green Bonds were allocated to investors from: United Kingdom & Ireland (44%), Nordics (15%), Germany and Austria (15%), Southern Europe (7%), Benelux (6%), France (2%), Switzerland (2%), Poland (2%) and rest of the world (8%).

In terms of investor type, the buyers group of 12-year Green Bonds included: investment funds (62%), hedge funds (12%), banks (11%), insurance companies and pension funds (7%), central banks and public institutions (6%) and other institutions (2%). Green investors acquired 65% of 12-year Green Bonds tranche.
