Pricing of EUR bond - additional information

With reference to the press release from January 9, 2025 on the pricing of 5-year and 10-year EUR denominated benchmark bonds maturing on January 16, 2030, and January 16, 2035, the Ministry of Finance presents additional information concerning the structure of investors.
The structure of buyers was diversified. The 5-year bonds were allocated to investors from: United Kingdom & Ireland (34%), Germany & Austria (17%), BeNeLux (15%), Nordics (7%), Switzerland (7%), Southern Europe (5%), CEE (4%), Poland (4%), France (1%) and Rest of the World (6%).
In terms of investor type, the buyers group of 5-year bonds included: investment funds (40%), central banks and public institutions (21%), banks (17%), hedge funds (12%), insurance companies and pension funds (8%) and other institutions (2%).
The structure of buyers was diversified. The 10-year bonds were allocated to investors from: Germany and Austria (30%), United Kingdom & Ireland (19%), Switzerland (10%), Nordics (10%), BeNeLux (9%), CEE (8%), France (5%), Southern Europe (3%), Poland (3%) and Rest of the World (4%).
In terms of investor type, the buyers group of 10-year bonds included: investment funds (32%), banks (31%), central banks and public institutions (16%), hedge funds (12%), insurance companies and pension funds (8%) and other institutions (2%).
