Pricing of EUR bond

The Ministry of Finance priced on June 30, 2020 a 3-year EUR denominated benchmark bond maturing on July 7, 2023. The nominal amount of the issue was EUR 2bn. The orderbook reached ca. EUR 6bn.

The bond was priced at the level of 29 basis points over mid-swap rate, yielding -0.11% with annual coupon of 0%.

The issue was executed under Republic of Poland’s Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme. The lead managers on the transaction were: BNP Paribas, Citi, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, PKO BP and Société Générale.
