Pricing of USD bonds

The Ministry of Finance priced on February 5th, 2025 a dual tranche USD denominated benchmark bond for an aggregate nominal amount of USD 5.5bn.

  • a 5 year bond of a nominal amount of USD 2.75bn maturing on 12 February 2030 which was priced at 75 basis points over US Treasury Notes due January 31, 2030, yielding 4.995% with annual coupon of 4.875%.
  • a 10 year bond of a nominal amount of USD 2.75bn maturing on 12 February 2035 which was priced at 105 basis points over US Treasury Notes due November 15, 2034, yielding 5.472% with annual coupon of 5.375%.

Poland's stable economic situation has translated into another successful bond issue on the US dollar market. The issue was executed under Republic of Poland’s SHELF Programme registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The lead managers on the transaction were: BNP PARIBAS, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Santander.
