The Relationships with Customers Department is responsible for:

  1. creating a multi-channel service strategy for National Revenue Administration (NRA) customers - individuals and businesses,
  2. constructing and developing NRA digital services, including the e-Tax Office and the podatki.gov.pl service,
  3. supervising direct service processes in the National Revenue Administration,
  4. building an NRA customer experience strategy,
  5. supervising direct service processes at NRA,
  6. implementing the Program: “Client in the centre of attention of National Revenue Administration”,
  7. implementing support service tasks for customer service systems and applications ,
  8. direct service quality management - design, implement and modify customer service standards across all NRA contact channels,
  9. architecture and design of business processes in the area of individual and business customer service,
  10. providing management information in the area of customer service in NRA.
