The Department supervises management processes, in particular in the field of strategic management and change management. It supervises management processes and it is responsible for the implementation of tasks errands related to operational risk management in Ministry of Finance. It develops and monitors the implementation of four-year directions of activity and development of the Ministry of Finance and the National Revenue Administration. Furthermore, the department supports the automatization and digitalization of processes by using existing and developing new data analytics products. Also, it coordinates project management in the Ministry and organizational units subordinated to or supervised by the Minister.
