Taxes and Fees constituting revenue of Local Government Units Department carries out legislation in the area of taxes and fees constituting revenue of municipalities, such as: tax on inheritance and donation, tax on civil law transactions, property tax, tax on means of transportation, agricultural tax, forest tax and stamp duty, a fee for a permit for wholesale trade in alcoholic beverages, a fee for a permit to sell off stocks of alcoholic beverages held, in the part concerning the fee for alcoholic beverages in unit packages with a nominal volume of the beverage not exceeding 300 ml, advertising, market, local, spa and dog ownership fees. The Department performs tasks related to property tax records and the development of concepts of solutions to improve the implementation of the tax policy of municipalities, including the provision of information on the above taxes and fees by carrying out tasks related to tax reporting on these taxes and fees.
