Patronage

General provisions

GovTech Polska (GT) takes honorary patronage over projects directly related to its tasks and activities carried out by them. Therefore, the organizer applying for patronage should justify the relationship between the planned project and the scope of GT activities and competences.

GT patronage is an honorary distinction, emphasizing the special nature of the project and does not mean a declaration of financial, organizational and / or personal participation of representatives of the ministry in the event. The decision to grant GT Honorary Patronage is discretionary.

Granting the Patronage to GovTech Polska does not entail granting the Honorary Patronage of the Prime Minister or the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, nor does it entitle the Organizer to use the KPRM logo in any way. More information on the Honorary Patronage of the Prime Minister can be found on the website.

The patronage may cover projects with a high professional level. The undertaking should have at least a supra-regional scope.

GT does not patronize investment-related projects. Patronage may also not cover a project (initiative) applying for EU funds or potentially capable of applying for them.

GT does not provide honorary patronage to the statutory activities of associations, foundations, unions, organizations; also does not grant permanent patronage. In the case of cyclical projects, patronage is granted for one edition each time.

GovTech Polska reserves the right to refuse to grant patronage to undertakings at an early stage of implementation, which do not yet have precisely defined goals and sources of financing.

In the event of patronage being granted, information on the GT honorary patronage is published on the GT website, and the GT logo is made available to the organizers. The organizer is informed about the decision each time in writing.

The organizer of the event has the right to use the information about granting the GT honorary patronage and to place the GT logo in the information and promotional materials related to the event only after receiving confirmation of obtaining patronage.

The organizer of the event has the right to use the information about granting the GT honorary patronage and to place the GT logo in the information and promotional materials related to the event only after receiving confirmation of obtaining patronage.

The organizer undertakes to submit all materials bearing the GT logo for approval to GovTech Polska.

GovTech Polska reserves the right to withdraw patronage at any time, without giving any reason. In this case, GovTech Polska does not cover the costs related to the withdrawal of patronage.

Procedure for granting patronage:

It is also necessary to read and accept the information clause regarding the processing of personal data.

  1. If the application contains a request for personal participation in the event by members of the management of GovTech Polska, it must include a detailed agenda of the event (with the so-called minute hand). In the absence of an agenda, the request to participate will not be considered.

Warning!

GovTech Polska does not assume the honorary patronage of events covered by the Honorary Patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland and the Honorary Patronage of the Spouse of the President of the Republic of Poland. The above results from the conditions contained in the principles of granting patronage to the President of the Republic of Poland and the principles of granting patronage to the wife of the President of the Republic of Poland, according to which such patronage is sole and exclusive.
