The National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) has decided to set the TV subscription fee for 2026 at the lowest possible level

In accordance with the statutory obligation to index subscription fees, as specified in the Act on Subscription Fees of 21 April 2005, the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) has adopted a regulation setting the fees for the use of radio and television receivers in 2026 at the lowest possible level.

Subscription fee levels

Subscription fees for the use of radio and television receivers in 2026 (per month):

  • Radio receiver: PLN 9.50
  • Radio and television receiver: PLN 30.50

Subscription fee with a 10% discount for paying in advance for the whole of 2026:

  • Radio receiver: PLN 102.60
  • Radio and television receiver: PLN 329.40

Discounts for monthly subscription fees :

  • 3.0% for paying two months in advance;
  • 4.0% for three months,
  • 5.0% for six months.

The fee must be paid in advance by the 25th day of the first month of the billing period.

Where to pay the subscription fee:

1. All post offices – no additional fees.

2. The Poczta Polska S.A. website – no additional fees.

3. Financial institutions (e.g. banks).

4. e-transfers.

5. Selected retail or service outlets that provide money transfer services (e.g. for water, gas, electricity, ZUS and KRUS).

Subscription fees are used exclusively for fulfiling the public service mission of Telewizja Polska, Polskie Radio, and regional radio companies.

This regulation will come into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.
