The National Contact Point for Renewable Energy Sources was established by the minister responsible for climate matters, pursuant to Chapter 7a of the Act of 20 February 2015 on Renewable Energy Sources.

National Contact Point for Renewable Energy Sources (NCP-RES)

We provide support regarding administrative procedures required as part of the investment and construction processes for renewable energy installations.

Through this portal, you can access:

  • descriptions of renewable energy investment processes;
  • descriptions of administrative procedures;
  • a contact form to reach us regarding the entire investment process or specific procedures;
  • a procedures manual containing detailed information on renewable energy investment processes.

Our Mission

The support provided by the NCP-RES includes:

  • sharing information about administrative procedures required to carry out renewable energy investments;
  • providing general answers to questions about administrative procedures, submitted via the contact form.
Information on Administrative Procedures Includes:
  • the purpose of the procedure;
  • cases in which the procedure is required;
  • required documentation elements;
  • description of the procedure steps;
  • duration of the procedure;
  • competent authority responsible for issuing decisions;
  • information on applicable administrative fees;
  • possibility of appeal;
  • availability of electronic processing.
