02.04.2026We are introducing a reform that is critical for the energy sector. The new regulations simplify the grid connection process, unlock investments, and strengthen consumer protection. This will accelerate the development of renewable energy sources, energy storage facilities, and biogas plants, while also providing greater predictability of energy bills for households and businesses. The Act prepared by the Ministry of Energy has been signed by the President of the Republic of Poland.

27.03.2026The Ministry of Climate and Environment, together with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, is announcing a new grant program for individuals investing in photovoltaic micro-installations and energy storage systems. The program is financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) and has a budget of 335 million PLN. Its purpose is to bridge the gap between the conclusion of the My Electricity 6.0 program and the upcoming energy-storage support initiative funded by the Modernisation Fund.
