For a small agricultural biogas system with a total installed capacity above 500 kW, it is necessary, among other things, to obtain a decision on environmental conditions. For every small agricultural biogas system, it will also be necessary to obtain the relevant environmental permits, and the investment process ends with entry in the Register of Agricultural Biogas Producers.
