How to make an appointment in the consulate?

Visit at the Consular and Polish Diaspora Section requires prior registration of the appointment through the e-Konsulat system: https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl/

For security reasons e-Konsulat system allows only its users staying in Poland, the Phillipines or Palau, Micronesia, and Marshall Islands to access the appointment registration content.

You can choose a suitable date and time at the e-Konsulat system.

If the system does not show a date you wish, it means there are no slots available or the Consular Section is closed.

Immediate consular assistance is reserved for Polish citizens in emergency (accidents, arrests etc.).

 VISA APPOINTMENTS: 

From 14.07.2025 visa applications to Poland should be submitted only at Polish BLS Visa Application Centers (VACs), which locations are following:
1.    Metro Manila VAC: 7th Floor (Dela Rosa Facing), 6780 Ayala Avenue Building, 6780 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, 1226, Manila, Philippines;
2.    Cebu VAC: Unit 707, Ayala Life FGU Center, Mindanao Avenue, corner Biliran Road, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City, 6000, Philippines.

From 14.07.2025, visa applications to Poland will not be accepted directly at the Embassy of Poland in Manila. Applications for reconsideration of the visa refusal decision that were submitted directly in the Embassy should be submitted at the Embassy.

Registration and filling in the form is not subject to any fees. We encourage you to register and fill in the form yourself. The Embassy does not schedule appointments in any other way and does not grant any appointment slots to agencies. Before coming to the Embassy make sure to read about the procedures and required documents on our website.

Visitors other than visa applicants (Polish passports, legal matters, citizenship, “Card of the Pole”): are based on prior electronic registration via e-Konsulat portal: https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl/

Collection of documents other than visa: Tuesday and Thursday 1.00 PM – 2.00 PM. You can also be informed by the Consul when your documents are ready and how to collect them.

Collection of visa decisions, passports and other documents does not require registration at the e-Konsulat system. Our consular staff will inform you on the precise collection date during your first appointment.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

The office is closed during Philippine and Polish public holidays.
