The Prime Minister’s Office shall perform tasks within the scope of:
- providing substantive, organisational, clerical, and office services to the Prime Minister, the Head of the Political Office of the Prime Minister, the Head of the Chancellery, and the Deputy Head of the Chancellery;
- the coordination of human resources policy pursued in the government administration, the appointment and dismissal of members of collective and consultative bodies, and the performance of human resources services for persons holding managerial state positions, advisors and political assistants employed in the Chancellery;
- issues related to the implementation of the Prime Minister’s competencies in matters of orders, decorations, and special benefits;
- providing clerical and office (secretarial) services to the Chancellery members indicated in the internal organisational regulations;
- preparing draft decisions on the allocation of funds from the general reserve of the State budget as well as analyses and opinions on the allocation of the general reserve of the State budget;
- providing organisational and office and clerical support to the Minister of Digital Affairs, including issues related to the appointment and dismissal of plenipotentiaries of the Minister of Digital Affairs and the appointment and dismissal of deputies of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications, directors and deputy directors of units subordinate to and supervised by the Minister of Digital Affairs.
