Minister of Culture and National Heritage – Marta Cienkowska

Born on November 14, 1987, in Ciechanów.

She graduated in 2011 in political science with a specialization in European management from the University of Warsaw.

In 2014, she earned a diploma from the Polish Academy of Sciences in cultural management within EU structures and a High Performance Leadership certificate from the Institute for Business Development.

She has implemented several hundred cultural and educational projects in Poland and abroad. From 2012 to 2016, she served as Vice President of the Association of International Cultural Initiatives. For over 12 years, she has supported NGOs active in the cultural sector, working on marketing campaigns and securing public (including EU) funding for new projects and products. The theatrical productions she managed have been presented in France, Germany, and China.
