Born on June 19, 1970, in Elbląg. Manager and musician.

He graduated in political science from the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed an MBA program validated by the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University.

He has extensive professional experience in the railway and banking sectors (including PKO Bank Polski and Inteligo Financial Services), as well as in supervisory boards of both private and state-owned companies.

From 2008 to 2013, he served as CEO of PKP Cargo, and from 2016 to 2017, he headed Ukrainian Railways as CEO. He also chaired the supervisory boards of PLL LOT S.A. and PKP S.A. He served as Vice President of Employers of Poland and the European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services (CEEP).

In 2025, he was appointed CEO of the Industrial Development Agency S.A.

Privately, he is passionate about music and was the frontman of the band Chemia.
