Poland in Tanzania

There will be no visa appeals on October 21, 2022 (Friday).

The Ambassador of Poland Krzysztof Buzalski and consul Joanna Kruze have accompanied the representatives of Polish top universities for talks on bilateral cooperation with H.E. Valentine Uwamariya, the Minister of Education of Rwanda and during the educational fair “Study in Europe” organized in Kigali and Musanze. It was also an opportunity to meet with Polish diaspora.

On September 14, 2022, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam inaugurated at Alliance Française an exhibition entitled “Mom, I don't want war! 1939-45 Poland/2022 Ukraine”, attended by representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine and numerous guests.

On Saturday, September 17, 2022, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam once again joined World Cleanup Day in Tanzania.

Consul of the Republic of Poland Piotr Kruze took part in a debate on the history of World War II at the Jordan University College in Morogoro and presented an exhibition on Polish war exiles in Tanganyika.

For the first time in its 20-year history, the world's largest and most important event devoted to cities - the World Urban Forum (WUF) – is to take place in Central and Eastern Europe in Poland. For five days from 26 to 30 June Katowice will become the capital of all cities in the world. The slogan of the Polish edition of the WUF is: "Transforming our cities for a better urban future". The Polish Embassy took an active part in EU Education Fair as part of the celebration of Europe Day in Tanzania organised by EU Delegation

On May 9, 2022, we celebrated Europe Day in Dar es Salaam. During the gala reception attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Liberata Mulamula, EU Ambassadors and numerous guests, a photo exhibition of development projects implemented in Tanzania by the Member States was presented.

During the reception organized in the gardens of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam, Ambassador Krzysztof Buzalski recalled the history of the adoption of the Constitution on May 3 and read a letter from Minister Szynkowski vel Sęk with wishes for Poles.
